How to avoid a never-to-be-worn shoe collection

Many women buys shoes, only to get home and fail to wear them. These shoes are often not given out to some one. There always the hope that it will one day be worn perhaps when a matching outfit is finally acquired, or it will someday adjust to the my foot size etc. I call this collection a never-to-worn shoe collection.
Joy goes to a shoe shop and buys a shoe. Of course she fits it. Only to go back home and try the same shoe and it pinches. The shoe is very beautiful but cannot be worn. Its is also too beautiful to be given out to someone. So, what does Joy do? Add it to her collection of new-never-to-be worn shoes.
Joy has done this repeatedly, but always wonders why she never learns. Doe this apply to you?  Here are some points to consider when fitting a shoe.
  1. Comfort
  2. Beauty
  3. Fit

Beauty: This is what draws you to the shoe to try it. Your taste. If it isn't your taste, you might as well not try it, because you will soon add it to your never-to-be worn collection.
Comfort: You need to be comfortable in it. You don't want to be limping in a shoe. If it is beautiful but not comfortable, leave it alone, not unless you just want a collection.
Fit: This is the most compromised yet very important. If it pinches a little while at the shop, it will pinch a lot more when worn for an occasion.

If you spend on a shoe, then you sure want to wear it. Don't waste your money on shoes that you will not wear. Visit this blog for more shoe shopping tips. At Wencey Fashion we care that you use what you buy. See you soon.
